I assume you mean maps based on users activities over time? Since this was an entirely new product all of these diagrams were created to give an idea of what we were going to build. These things of course changed as we began development and some models like the System Model were updated to reflect those changes and others discarded. We conducted qualitative research throughout but it wasn’t until we built each feature that we would have been able to diagram a user’s actual activity. Now that the product is live creating maps of users activity is more than possible but whether that would be necessary would be down to any lack of insight that analytics tools aren’t able to provide.
